Things have changed dramatically for businesses as a result of COVID-19. Alongside your regularly scheduled marketing, customers also expect to hear how you plan to keep them safe. Have you factored this into your communication plan?
Marketing in the age of COVID-19 requires a delicate balancing act for businesses. Join Ashley “WriterGal” Doan and learn best practices for striking the right tone. You’ll learn how to effectively communicate you’re open for business, what protocols customers need to be aware of, and how your business is changing to meet their needs.
This is a confusing time for customers. Having a clear and empathetic message in these times can make all the difference.
In addition to highlighting your responsibilities under Phase 2 of British Columbia’s Restart Plan, we will also hold an interactive discussion.
